Process Engineer
 
Maintain and monitor process safety implementation, do analysis on process safety incident and develop proper action plan of process safety incident in proper manner.
 
Perform analysis and monitor for overall plant performance including:
-         Product yields
-         Product safety KPI
-         Material balance / material usage calculation
-         Production costs
-         On stream time / Cycle time
 
To coordinate the development and implementation of written operating procedures that providing clear instructions for safe operations and include O H & S requirement
 
To ensure adequate response to abnormal environmental, safety, and health incident to minimize impact, ensure required communication and documentation, and ensure proper resolution.
 
 General Qualification:
 
1.      Chemical Engineering and other related Engineering degree with 2 years experiences or diploma 3 with minimum of 2 years in a chemical processing plant as a Process Engineer
2.      Manage process safety program
3.      Proficiency in English communication
4.      Good knowledge of distribution control system, able to read P & ID diagram and SPC implementation and six sigma
5.     Strong leadership and analytical skill
