Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and lead development of
project / releases to include

Embedded firmware features, enhancements and fixes
Provide technical guidance, scope determination,
design and implement solutions for 2 way digital
radios and communications devices

Set high software quality standards for new product,
platform and feature driven design solutions
Serve as domain and technology matter expert to
analyze elaborate and integrate high level
requirements into technical and design specifications

Requirements

Degree / Masters / Ph.D in Electronics / Electrical /
Computer Engineering / Computer Science
Minimum 5 yrs of quality experiences in the following
areas

C++ programming in embedded systems with RTOS
Working knowledge in Object Oriented Analysis and
Design (OOAD) with UML skills
Good Knowledge in telecommunications technology or
digital signal processing and common processor family
Experience of working in an ISO 9001 / CMMi company
