Our Client, a
multinational company for Oil and Gas Industry, invite experienced and
committed personnel for the following positions:
Title: Organization Development
Coordinator (08 – 0135)
BASIC FUNCTION
Coordinates the analysis,
design and the implementation of Organization Development; of which includes,
but it is not limited to coordinates; the processes of its development,
implementation, as well as the maintenance of the company’s Business Management
System. On the other hand, it is also to make sure the alignment, continuation,
and its continuous improvement of company’s Business Management initiatives;
not to mention to preserve the required efforts for the achievement of the
Company’s objectives; safely, timely manners, and yet, in the most cost
effective way.
EDUCATION REQUIRED
University degree,
preferably in Engineering/ Human Resources/Economics/Law/Psychology/ or
equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED
5 – 10 years
in diversified experience in human relations aspects, 5 years of which should
be at Junior Manager or Senior Supervisory level in a company with minimum 500
employees.
Experienced in handling various
issues on Change Management, Organizational Developments, and Business Process
Engineering aspects
SPECIAL
REQUIREMENT
§ Broad understanding of the company
business, organization and existing processes.
§ Good team player with
strong influence and conflict management skills.
§ Strong written and verbal
communications in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
§ Management skills and
background are necessary
§ Strong functional
expertise, preferably in multiple areas.
§ Strong organizational
skills, can effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
§ Able to seek alternative
and innovative solutions to problems. Well-respected within the function and
organization
