Our Client, Sony Indonesia, (www.sony.co.id) a sales and marketing company
located in Indonesia is seeking for the following position:
HR Manager (HRM-SI)
Job Description:
Ø Responsible for the strategic plan of the human resources function.
Ø In charge of recruitment, training & development, compensation, staff
welfare and facilities, formulate policies and supervise policy and legal
compliance.
Ø Develops, communicates and implements the strategic direction of the
operation.
Ø Regularly leads important regional initiatives.
Ø Has ultimate accountability for the function and provides the highest
level of advice and recommendations to top management or function head
Qualifications:
Ø Male, 37 years old
Ø S-1 from any discipline
Ø Good knowledge of Human Resources Functions
Ø Familiar with Personal Computer (PC)
Ø Fluent command of English (spoken and written)
Ø Having minimum 5 years experience in similar position in multinational
sales & marketing company
