Japanese Speaking Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
We have 2 Full-Time positions available for Japanese Speaking CSR for our MNC client in Singapore.
. Required skill(s): Business Level Japanese(Good JLPT Scores preferred), Excellent
Communication Skills.
. Preferred skill(s): Basic Computer Skills.
. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills in English as well as in Japanese may
apply.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Answer customer's enquires by phone or email.
· Maintain Support information using Salesforce and other internal systems.
· Support customer communication such as contract expiring notification, upgrade
notification, authorised caller update, etc.
· Deliver upgrades to customers timely by working together with Finance department.
· Generate license keys according to Finance department’s instruction.
· File all customer support contracts and licenses keys efficiently. (Salary would be commensurate to the candidate’s depth of experience & abilities.)
