Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Primary Responsibilities are: -
- Review the main Contractor Construction Program in detail.
- Preparation and releasing Overall Milestone MEP Program with the
compliance of civil construction program.
- Managing and controlling Target Plans.
- Preparation & submitting Weekly Progress to client.
- Issuing one Week and 14 days look ahead MEP program to client
- Taking weekly progress from Site and preparing resources reports
and updating Overall program.
- Preparation of overall site labor HISTOGRAME and analysis of any
variances.
- Preparation of Management reports as requires from time to time
- Progress & Labor S- curves.
- Extension of time program.
- Proposes/tentative tender's MEP program.
- Prepares, Supervises and controls the office engineering functions
o planning, production control, cost control & materials.
- Monitors, identifies and analyses all projects costs with a view o
facilitating the completion of the project at minimum cost and
within budget limits.
- Monitors and analyses all the progress of the construction
activities, identifies any variances between the planned and actual
progress and advises project management of their impact on the
overall program. Also suggests remedial action as necessary.
- Provides overall supervision to his subordinate engineers carrying
out the functions of planning, production control and cost control,
and is directly responsible for their efficient performance.
- Monitors all change orders to the contract to ensure that all
additions and deletions are incorporated in revisions of the
construction method statement and overall program of the works.
- Supervises the preparation of the monthly cost report which shows
all direct and indirect project costs against the budget.
Skills
The candidate should have at least 2-4 years prior experience in MEP
experience in High rise Buildings, Industrial, Hotel, Commercial and
Residential projects works and District cooling projects. Experience
in PRIMAVERA is a must.
