e.. Good verbal and written English
f.. Analyze & recommend training needs based on company vision & target
g.. Understand training trends and able to modified according to company needs
h.. Develop curriculum, learning objectives, and / or course materials
i.. Deliver training with acceptable methods and techniques for all level
j.. Deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
