TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

Requirement:

Male, Min. 28 years of age


Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a related discipline


Hands-on experience as a Trainer min 3 years


Well groomed with pleasant personality


Good communication skill; able to interact with all levels


Good verbal and written English


Preferably experiences in a Multilevel Marketing Company

Responsibilities:


Analyze & recommend training needs based on company vision & target
Understand training trends and able to modified according to company needs
Develop curriculum, learning objectives, and / or course materials
Deliver training with acceptable methods and techniques for all level

Deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
