CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
JOB PURPOSE:
To manage all the activities related with services to Customer and/or Principals according to policies established by the company.
RECOMMENDED MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Work experience:
2 years minimum as Customer Service Supervisor, preferably in a Pharmacy business.
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy/ Business/ Economics/ Industrial Engineering.
Competencies:
- Good Computer knowledge, plus SAP Program
- Good English ability
- Good Leadership skills
- Good Customer Service Orientation
- Good knowledge of Pharmaceutical distributor stake holder
- Good analitycal mind and initiative
- Good administrative management
- Highly Developed Communication Skill, specifically on oral and written presentation, and negotiation skill.
- Excellent interpersonal skill
