Responsibilities:
•Providing mechanical engineering consulting services within the power
generation industry.
•Project management of power generation projects.
•Undertaking design reviews of power generation projects.
•Execution of projects including construction, overhaul, upgrades, etc.
•Assisting in the preparation of fee proposals, tenders,
specifications etc.
•Assisting in tender evaluation for capital works tenders, both
technically and commercially.
•Execute feasibility studies, project definition, concept design,
specifications and design documentation of power generation projects.
•Developing and maintaining client relationships.
•Managing project teams.
•Financial management of jobs.
•Assisting with the mentoring and development of less senior engineers.

Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Mechanical
Engineering from reputable University.
•Excellent English skills (Verbal and Written).
•A minimum 10 years experience in the power generation industry gained
through either design or technical project management or
asset/maintenance management roles.
•Preferred with working experience in mining and/or manufacturing
industries.
•Exposure to a broad range of generation technologies, including
coal-fired and gas-fired plants.
•Demonstrated understanding and experience of power generation plant
and systems.
•Demonstrated understanding and experience with all stages of plant
design, testing, installation, commissioning and maintenance.
•Ability to effectively use modern analytical and office software
tools including thermodynamic analysis software package (eg Thermoflow
suite of software).
•Demonstrated understanding of power plant thermodynamics, fluid
mechanics and heat transfer.
•Demonstrated understanding and experience in commercial conditions
and financial management of tenders and contracts.
•Proven ability to deliver appropriate engineering solutions within a
budget and time frame.
•Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance systems and associated
documentation.
•Excellent verbal and written communication and report writing skills.
•Ability to work effectively as a member of an interdisciplinary team
and independently as required.
•Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide less senior engineers.
•Willingness to travel to work at sites nationally and internationally
for periods of time, as necessary.
•Must be willing to work in Jakarta.
•Should be Indonesian, others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
•Required language(s): English.
