Job Description :

- To manage factory and be fully responsible for production, product development, materials store, production control, engineering and personnel management.

- To manage factory in the most cost-effective manner via high efficiency, effective waste control, maximum utilization of resources and prudent management.

- To lead and motivate management team and workers in a harmonious work environment towards achieving company's vision and mission.

- To continuously improve system, quality and work processes via innovation, creativity and better technology.

- To be well-versed in ISO 9001:2000 to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved at all levels.

- To have close rapport with head-office especially Marketing, Purchasing and Planning & Logistics to meet annual budgets.
