INPEX CORPORATION is an oil & gas exploration and production company
based in Japan. The mission of INPEX is to provide a stable and
efficient supply of energy to our customer by exploring and developing
oil and natural gas resources throughout the world. In Indonesia, INPEX
is acting as Kontraktor Kontrak Kerjasama (KKKS) with BPMigas for many
upstream projects since 1966. INPEX is the operator of Masela Block
(Abadi project) offshore Maluku, Arafura Sea, Indonesia. INPEX is
pressing ahead with technical and engineering studies of the Abadi field
development for future commercial Floating LNG production.
Currently we have positions open in our Jakarta office as:
1. General Affairs Manager (Dept Code: AHR)
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in related discipline from reputable institutions
* 12+ years experience in managing office service, office security,
and general procurement
* Familiar with the BPMIGAS PTK 007 regulation is preferable
* Good interpersonal and communication skill
* Fluency in English both spoken and written
2. Lead Document Controller (Dept Code: PRJ)
Requirements:
· Minimum decree in Diploma ( IT/Engineering discipline is
preferred)
· Sound knowledge and experience of document control system
in field of oil & gas Industry
· Proficient in : Ms.Word, Excel, EDMS (Knowledge of PIMS and
SAP is preferable)
· 10+ years extensive experience in document control system
· Proficient in speaking and written English are must.
· Must have ability to communicate proficiently cross
function of department
3. Risk Assessor (Dept Code: STP)
Requirements:
· University degree or equivalent in Engineering
· 10+ years in experience technical roles related to
development of complex Oil and Gas projects, preferably in Risk
Assessment / Project Management
· Authority and respect amongst the technical community is
paramount
· Knowledge of oil and gas exploration and production
activities, including gas liquefaction if possible
· Experience in Risk Management of complex oil and gas
projects
· Familiar with risk assessment using commercial software
(i.e., Primavera Pertmaster, Crystal Ball)
· Proven ability to work across cultures and hierarchies
· Good interpersonal and communication skill
· Fluency in English both spoken and written
