Currently our client a Multinational Oil Company based in Jakarta
Indonesia is seeking for high qualified candidates to fill the
positions.
A. TITLE: Mechanic Utility Technician
JOB SUMMARY:
Performs all types of Preventive Maintenance, repair work and
overhauls on industrial 2 and 4 cycle diesel engines, pumps, hydraulic
equipment, gas turbines, gas compressors, steam generating system
(boiler), water destilating, mechanical seals, horizontal coolers
(condenser), and crane. Examines, analyzes and troubleshoots
equipment. Performs clean up associated with these tasks. Familiar to
use various hand tools, power tools and electronic diagnostic
equipment. Reads and understands equipment and repair manuals.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains, repair and installs FPSO machinery (Floating Production
Storage of Loading), deck and oil process equipment, using hand tools
and following oral and written work orders: report to FPSO Maintenance
Supervisor.
EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATION
1.Qualification:
a)Mandatory
Minimum of two years experience performing maintenance work on diesel
engines, pumps, hydraulic equipment, gas turbines, gas compressors,
air compressors, steam generating system (boiler), water destilating,
mechanical seals, horizontal coolers (condenser), crane.
b)Desirable
Working experience on Oil & Gas, marine or petrochemical industries.
Knowledge of safety rules and practices. Ability to follow written or
spoken work instructions in English. Mechanical aptitude and basic
computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing
applications. Must be able to assume responsibility and perform duties
and handle multiple tasks under potentially stressful and/or hazardous
conditions. Ability to make decisions and corrections when problems
are detected. Ability to work well with others; open to learning, have
a history of being able to work as part of a team, enjoy working hard.
Very positive work performance; ability to perform work independently;
history of being dependable and reliable; good organizational and
customer relations skill. Familiar with computerizes maintenance
management system (CMMS) such as MP-2 or similar. Fire fighting and
T-BOSIET certified.
2.Experience: Minimum 2 (two) years experience in Oil & Gas / FPSO /
Petrochemical Plan
B. TITLE: Field Electrician
JOB SUMMARY:
Performs all types of preventive Maintenance, repair work and
overhauls on industrial electrical equipments; Electric power
distribution, switch gear, generator and control, motor control
center, UPS and batteries, various electric motors and controller, air
conditioning and refrigeration system, lighting, impress current
cathodic protection system, electrical portable appliances. Galley
equipment, examines, analyzes and troubleshoots equipment for defects
in operation. Troubleshoots and repairs equipment for optimum
performance and reliability. Dismantles or partially dismantles
equipment. Performs clean up associated with these tasks. Familiar to
use various hand tools and electronic diagnostic equipment. Reads and
understands equipment and repair manuals.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains, repair and installs FPSO (Floating Production Storage of
Loading) electrical system and equipment, and following oral and
written work orders: report to FPSO maintenance supervisor.
