The incumbent of the position will report to Sales & Marketing Head and be responsible in maintaining the image of this company¢s main brands, conduct market and product research analysis (against competitors, opportunities, recommendations), develop and monitor marketing management tools (marketing plan), advertising & consumer promotion plan as well as generating brand activation ideas that are inline with brand objectives and bring the branding to the next level.
 
The ideals candidates for the position would be:

S1/S2 Preferable in Marketing/Commerce
Minimum 2 years of experience as Brand Manager, minimum 5 years experience in managerial level (sales/marketing/brand activation/consumer promotion) with Fast Moving Consumer Goods companies
Understand sales & market situation especially tissue product markets
Have trade marketing and sales experiences across related industries
Good networking with internal and external parties
Understand the Brand Management (marketing mix, positioning, launch, research, budget and competition)
Your success will be largely attributed to coordinating the organizations in delivering the Core Business Plans, therefore, excellent interpersonal skills as well as a solid track record in accomplishing the predetermined deadlines in a highly dynamic environment is a must
