Melakukan dukungan teknis pasca implementasi kepada klien melalui
telepon atau email serta penyelesaian masalah-masalah teknis di lokasi.
Pengalaman minimum 2 tahun dengan peralatan komputer, khususnya
instalasi, komisioning dan pemeliharaan.
Kualifikasi:
Laki-laki/perempuan, maksimum 30 tahun.
Lazim menggunakan sistem operasi Windows dan Linux.
Lazim dengan LAN dan TCP/IP.
Terbiasa bekerja dengan Relational Database seperti Microsoft SQL Server
dan MySQL.
Memiliki pengalaman dengan peralatan-peralatan dari berbagai pemasok.
Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, senang melakukan eksplorasi dan berbagi
pengalaman dengan anggota tim kerja.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER (SD)
Tanggung jawab:
Merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi perangkat lunak sesuai dengan
kebutuhan pengguna.
Melakukan uji coba untuk setiap unit yang akan diserahkan sebelum
implementasi.
Menulis dokumentasi yang dibutuhkan.
Kualifikasi:
Maksimum 30 tahun.
Pendidikan minimum D3 di bidang ilmu komputer atau manajemen
informatika.

Berpengalaman/memiliki pengetahuan dengan bahasa-bahasa
pemrograman, lebih diutamakan pemrograman web dan Java.
Lazim dengan stored procedure, trigger dan relasi basis data.
Memiliki pengalaman dengan pengembangan berbasis web.
Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, energik, antusias dan berorientasi kepada
target.
