Job Purpose:

Handle HR in the field of recruitment, training and general
administration to support the whole HR processes

Recruitment:

* Research for candidate from various sourcing. * Pre-screened
candidate information through CV and phone interview. * Manage and
organise candidate database and documentation (filling): record
interview result, status update, follow up and potential candidate per
position. * Arrange candidate interview with selected interviewer.
* Arrange candidate pre arrival tools and infrastructure and assist new
employee placement (1st day in the office). * Provide regular and
ad-hoc recruitment report.

Training:

* Ensure training documentation (training request, charging and
result monitoring) and as well as its filing are properly done. *
Manage and organise training database: record training request,
provider, training schedule, competency affected. * Provide regular
and ad-hoc training report.

HR General Administration:

* Arrange travel & meeting (and consumption) for HR Department.
* Assist in employee expense claim processes. * Manage Filling of
HR related documentation. * Prepare HR document related to
financial transactions

Qualification

* Education: Bachelor degree from reputable university preferably
majoring management or psychology. * Experience: 1 year as
recruiter. * Industry experience: FMCG and diary products.
