CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST (MANAGERIAL LEVEL)

(Working location = Bekasi) You will be responsible for the total process of
improvement and development in the plant. You shall conduct many analysis of
each working process and its flow in every department, and come up with a never
ending improvement activities. This would cover all processes from
the production planning, material preparation, production process, packing,
finish good, warehousing, delivery, quality, and engineering, as well as plant
infrastructure. Ideally, you should have a BLACK BELT of SIX SIGMA and familiar
with lean manufacturing to grab this position. To blend with this MNC
manufacturing, you should be a graduation of industrial, electrical or
mechanical engineering (bachelor degree) with at least 10 years in manufacturing
environment and 5 years experiences in CI activities, good in English and PC
handling. Having a deep (hands on) understanding on the production process as
well as quality and engineering would be a very impresive added value to be
success.
This is a senior position and will be treated on the managerial level.
