2. Job Summary
3. Major Responsibilities
· Prepare the department Business Plan (Strategize, Budget planning & Action Plan) accountable for the delivery & performance of the Department in line with the target set by the company.
· Socialize all the approved plan to all CRMs and be responsible for the implementation of all CRM activities for the success of all the initiatives
· Review the performance & relationship of each Corporate CRM Clients with the Client Relationship Manager in charge. Motivate, Challenge, lead and assist the CRManager to achieve the performance target.
· Get feed back from the clients in regards to the service provided through sending the Client Satisfaction Survey, summarize the result & take follow up action where necessary to improve the Clients’ service.
· Strategize, Target, Approach and Win the potential new CRM Clients for the firm to generate and grow the firm’s business.
· Act as one of the Client Relationship Manager. Develop & grow business relationship with the CRM clients to achieve the target.
· Assist the CRManager - Challenge the qualified new CRM Clients & drop the existing unqualified CRM Client.
· Create and review from time to time all the standard CRM Presentation Material, CRM basic criteria, CRM database system, and Client’s survey forms to standardize the service delivery
4. Job Specifications
Knowledge:
S1 preferably with senior management experience
Experience:
Min 15 years experience in the real estate industry.
Competency:
· Understand the overall company services
· Ability to communicate with the top management of the major corporation/ landlords/ or developers
· Wide range of network in line with the corporate target market
· Ability to link between services of the firm and the client’s needs and ability to develop, win & grow the business relationship with the client.
· Ability to coordinate internally with the business units.
· Ability to control commit on the service delivery
· Long term Vision, sense of commitment and belonging.
· Strong business acumen
· Persistence
