Vacancy: Junior Actuary (JA)

We are looking for a recently graduated junior actuary keen on gaining some first hand practical experience in fundamental actuarial and financial analysis work in a subsidiary of a multinational general insurance company.

The chosen candidate will be working closely with and reporting to the Actuary. Learning by doing will be an important aspect and should enable her/him to gradually assume basic actuarial work (so the actuary can focus on more complex analysis).

•Support Planning & Performance Management, also to acquire further knowledge/experience
•Assist planning in data mining and query handling

•Capable of working effectively and efficiently under challenging environment
•Actively contributes to continuous improvement, sets high professional standards (eye to details, etc)
•Min. Bachelor degree, faculty of Mathematics/Statistics,fresh graduate is welcome. Additional education/experience in Actuary/Finance is preferred.
•Extensive knowledge of MS Excel, Access & PowerPoint
•Fluent in written and spoken English
