following position:

QA Manager (Code: QAC) – Samarinda BASED
Job Function:
•· Responsible for the over all technical and administrative management of
coal stockpiling, product handling, quality control and coal laboratory
•· Formulates and implements work programs and objectives to ensure the
quality of coal delivered to customers
•· Formulates operating cost control program
•· Coordinate with marketing and shipping department regarding coal
shipment and product quality requirements or improvement
•· Ensure the general implementation of company standard operating
procedures and ensure the general safety of QC and laboratory personnel

Requirements:
•· Male/Female, Max 50 years old
•· Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Metallurgical, Geological, or Mine
Engineering, MBA degree would be an advantage

•· Has extensive experience in quality of coal processing, Laboratory
Testing and Operations, knowledge on manuals and publications associated with
coal standard
•· Have an excellent understanding of concepts and equipment of Coal Mine
Operations and a thorough knowledge of quality surveillance for coals.
•· Posses good communication skills in English and be able to adapt to
rapid changes in a positive manner and work to tight deadlines.
