Certified CFA preferable, Proficient in both written & Oral English, Profound understanding of Production Sharing Contracts (PSC), Production Sharing Agreements (PSA) & Joint Operations Agreements (JOA), Deep understanding of international Oil &Gas Acc. standards together with familiarity in all exploration & exploitation program, Has current statutory accounting knowledge, Highly competent in using computer/ accounting software.


2. Head of Legal Department (in-house Lawyer)

Selection criteria : M/F 35 to 45 y.o, Min. Bachelor / Master Degree in Law, Min. 10 yrs. exp. in Corporate Legal Department & reputable Law Firm, Competency in using various Computer and software, Knowledgeable with BP Migas s policy and Production Sharing Contract (PSC). Production Sharing Agreements (PSA) & Joint Operations Agreements (JOA), Strong management skill, Proficient in both written & Oral English Competency in handling detailed legal documents, contracts, agreements & negotiations.
