(Consumer or Retail Banking)

Our Client is seeking for Relationship Managers who are able to forge
deep, intimate and long-term relationships with Retail Banking clients
and who are proud and passionate about serving their clients. Key
responsibilities are to fully understand Client's needs in Consumer
Banking. You will also grow, manage and preserve clients' wealth
through optimisation of risk, return and liquidity; and work to ensure
clients' financial and investment objectives are met.
Job Purpose:
· Generate revenue streams through the cross-sell of Banking
Services to an affluent customer base
· Manage and develop a portfolio of affluent Customers including
revenue and accountability
· Delivery of the financial plan and achievement of business
objectives & targets
· Source new client referrals from networking and calling programs
targeted specifically towards highly affluent customers
· Identify and meet customer needs through the provision of Banking
solutions and referral Wealth Management Specialists
Job Background/Context:
· The delivery of the financial plan and further the achievement of
the business objectives
· Manage own client portfolio
· Respond to developments in the industry and financial markets and
it's impact on client relationships.

· Report to Sales/Branch Manager
Job Responsibilities:
· Proactively meet customer needs by promoting Banking Solutions
including Consumer Banking
· Management of a portfolio of Affluent customers including revenue
and accountability
· Champion customer experience ensuring the delivery of quality
advice, recommendations and solutions to customers
· Continually identifying opportunities for improvement intended to
grow the reputation of banking service and proposition
· Adopt "hands on" approach to client contact and follow up
· Develop and demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of
the markets, Banking and Wealth Management products and services in
order to match our offering with client needs
· Take ownership for, and deliver of individual sales and revenue
targets
· Source new target market clients that support the attainment of
business objectives & targets
· Effectively manage referred clients to deliver financial targets
· Provide a first class level of service to ensure that clients are
satisfied and continue to want to do business with banking. Additionally
generate target market referrals as a result
· Maintain and update accurate Client information
· Act in accordance with all regulatory, compliance and KYC policies
(both internal and external) and communicate to clients as appropriate
· Build productive relationships with referral sources, within the
branch network, instilling a sense of teamwork and pro-activity with
client referral
· Coach & develop branch introducers to ensure quality of leads
referred is at the required standard
· Pro-actively participate as a senior member of the Relationship
Management team contributing towards team targets and promoting teamwork
· Contribute effectively to team activities including the generation
of new sales ideas and initiatives.
Skills
Required Knowledge:
· Substantial experience in a Relationship Management or similar
role
· Demonstrated success in a Relationship Management sales background
preferable within the Consumer banking or Private segment
· Portfolio Management
· Broad based knowledge of financial products and services,
financial markets and economic environments
· Knowledge of respective operational and regulatory environment
