•Recruiting staff : this includes developing job description,

and absence management;

entities. Acquire information of relevance to World Relief
operations in Indonesia, and report the same to the Country Director
in a timely fashion. This includes knowing and tracking
registration and reporting requirements of the government
•Similarly, work with the Country Director directly in relations
with ministry partners and international agencies, and develop line
level functional relationships as appropriate
•Other tasks as assigned from time to time by the supervisor

(document controller or assistance to MR).
* Computer literate in Ms. Office application
* Be able to work independently as well as in a team
* High motivated person
* Excellent in English both oral and written and have a good
communication skill
* Able to work under pressure
* Good analytical and systematic approach for problem solving is a
must







Administration for invoicing and collection



Requirements:



* Candidate must posses at least D3 Degree from reputable
university
* Has experience in collection for bad debt (with high success
rate)
