Oracle Business Process Analyst - Position 1
Responsibilities and Duties:
Liaison with the finance business function to provide
functional requirements, perform testing and configure
Oracle Applications system (version 11.5.x)
Perform gap analysis, business process mapping, &
provide subject matter expertise
Document business objectives, system requirements, &
logical design.
Conduct unit, systems integration, performance, user
acceptance and regression test
Deliver user training, manage project resources,
prepare deliverable and conceptualize solutions
Address user requests, support current users, server
as a power user and resolve tickets
Coordinate activities, manage scope, mitigate project
issues, assure deliverable quality
Assist in supporting users on Oracle Application
system on an on going basis.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree (preferably related to information
systems or finance)
CPA, CFA, or PMP certifications preferred
Consulting experience is an added advantage
More than 6 years implementing & supporting Oracle
Applications ERP system (version 11.5.x)
Hands-on experience with configuring the Oracle
Financials modules
Experience with one or more industry standard systems
implementation methodology like Oracle's AIM
methodology, SDLC, Six Sigma, Waterfall, CMMi, etc.
Thorough knowledge of Oracle Apps ERP (functionality,
database schema, architecture, etc) - particularly the
finance module.
Analytical / Technical Skills (Oracle Apps)
Strong Expertise in MS Office including MS Project &
MS Visio
Finance Business Process Knowledge (Fixed Assets,
Financial Consolidation, GL, AP, AR, etc)
Strong communication & project team leadership skills

Oracle Applications Solutions Engineer - Position 3
Responsibilities and Duties:
To provide support to the end users located across
different sites around the world using Oracle
Application 11.5.10 ERP system, execute small and
medium enhancement projects Execute Small Enhancement
Projects.
Interacting with the business users on day to day
basis to investigate and resolve live production
issues, own, manage, and process a queue of open
support issues.
Working closely with Business Process
Managers/Analysts, IT Managers and other ASEs in terms
of understanding requirements to build and delivery
small/ medium enhancement project
Follow up with Vendors(Oracle) to resolve issues
Monitor Oracle system and tune long running jobs
Requirements:
In-depth technical knowledge of various modules of
Oracle Apps ERP 11.5.x(database schema, architecture,
AOL etc)
Good functional understanding of Oracle Order
Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping and
Financial Modules.
Good understanding of support organizations and Oracle
period end closing processes.
Analytical / Technical/ Trouble Shooting and Problem
Solving Skills (Oracle Apps)
Proficient in PL/SQL, Oracle Development Tools, Forms,
Reports, Workflow, XML Publisher and Oracle Discoverer
Hands-on experience with developing technical work
products like Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and
Enhancements using Oracle Applications ERP development
toolset.
Strong communication skills - key requirement
Bachelors Degree (related to information systems,
technology, computers, engineering) - reqd.
Support or Consulting experience preferred
APICS, Six Sigma or PMP certifications preferred
More then 5 years of implementation and supporting of
Oracle Applications ERP system (11.5.x)
Proficient in PL/SQL, Oracle Development Tools, Oracle
Discoverer with min 5 years of working experience
Possess good communication, technical and analytical
skills
Experience in project Management
Hands-on experience with developing technical work
products like Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and
Enhancements using Oracle Applications ERP development
toolset.
Experience with one or more industry standard systems
methodology like Oracle's AIM methodology, ITIL, Six
Sigma, CMMi, etc.
