Our MNC client is looking for Regional Project Manager (IT)

Job Function:

End-to-end management of project execution including project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, Human Resources, communications, risk, and procurement.

Perform due diligence and discovery during presales/post sales processes to generate Solution Proposals (Statements Of Work, RFP’s, Solution Proposals).

Scope and size opportunities by working with customers in defining preliminary business solution requirements (process and product).

Support pre-sales efforts in regards to coordination and planning

Define a business solution package including solution pricing, cost, and resources and deliverables for the project

Complete necessary quality reviews for contract delivery

Deliver SOW’s, RFP’s and Solution Proposals to the customer after obtaining appropriate approvals

Define required roles and assist in project team creation utilizing BMC resources and partners as required for project deliver (aligning resource availability and skills)

Assist Sales Account Managers in negotiating and closing Professional Services contracts that meet revenue and profit margin requirements and appropriate VSOE guidelines

Commence project start-up process upon execution of contracts including: project set-up in professional services application (i.e. Planview); secure resources; establish project plans; and schedule kick-off meetings.

Perform initial risk assessment and document a risk mitigation plans and contingency procedures with the project team and maintain throughout life of the project.

Publish and execute a communication plan to all project constituents including customer executive sponsor, customer project team, account team and CS management.

Report project status to stakeholders on a regular basis both verbally and written.

Validate hours worked, expenses incurred and dollars invoiced to ensure compliance with contract terms and policy.

Provide superior leadership and represent BMC as single point of contract for the project lifecycle

Perform issues management and handle escalations and project related problems and manage to closure

Develop and manage project schedule to insure on-time delivery

Position Requirements

• Able to developing and managing client relations and ensuring customer satisfaction on the project engagements
• Excellent presentation and written communication
• Able to work under pressure with good interpersonal skill sets
• Good presentation and technical writing skills

Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent is desirable – Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent on the job experience
• 10+ years in a project management role or equivalent experience
• Minimum of (5) years of customer service experience
• IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certified preferred.
Master’s certification desirable.
• Knowledge of MS Project functions.
• MS Office knowledge

Our client is currently looking for Semiconductor Litho Application Engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver technical support to local support organizations and customers in orderto ensure an optimal application of company machines in the customers IC manufacturing process.

Develops and executes performance optimization services and co-specifies /
qualifies new Litho Systems.

Involve in joint development projects with customers.

Be involved in the development of the concept for forefront technology; develop
new methodologies, design new services which are not in place
Acquire knowledge from various sources inside and outside of company on the
application of very advanced solutions.

Be a bridge between customers anticipated needs and the design team.
Define strategy to apply this knowledge to actual customer applications and come to a specific imaging solution

Organize and execute on or off site implementation projects with customers onactual designs that demonstrate the effectiveness of this imaging solution.

Train local support engineers and customers to sustain the solution.
Translates customers production process characteristics to improvement

PREREQUISITES
