Provide full secretarial and administrative support to Group GM
Operation as well as BODA
Taking minutes of Meeting
Maintains her superior's calendar and confirms appointments, as
directed
Prepares standard weekly, monthly, quarterly, and operation and
performance reports, including presentation material
Good Communication and Organizational Skills
Proficient in MS. Office applications and internet application
Excellent verbal & written communication skill in English
Mature, warm personality, independent, highly self motivated person,
