Primary job duties and responsibilities:-
* Under the supervision of the first line manager, plan and supervise the
workprocesses of the group.
* Audit all reporting and coordinate delivery
* Monitor and enforce compliance and risk management policies
* Ensure all instructions are validated and authorized appropriately

below given skillsets.

Responsibilities:-

1. Calculates NAV per share assigned. Determines dividend
and distribution rates, as required. Performs similer
duties of Fund Accountant daily.
2. Coordinates and supervises work efforts when multiple
accountants and/or clerks are needed to complete the work
of one fund.
3. Calculates the NAV per share and determines dividend

4. Determines the timing of income and expense accrual.
5. Ensures accruate general ledger/and or trust account balance
for daily pricing of portfolios or trust accounts.
6. Reconciles cash and fund share transactions; resolves
discrepancies with transfer agent's and custodian's records.
7. Accounts for all fund transactions in an accurate and timely
manner and maintains all required controls to ensure overall accuracy
8. Maintains daily supporting schedules for all outstanding items.
9. Reviews monthly control looks/audit packages and assists in timely
and accurate resolution of ciscrepancies.
10.Prepares information needed to prepare financial reports for
share holder, director and management reports, in an accurate
and timely manner.
11.Provides on the job training to new fund accountants and assists
new fund accountants with attaintment of understanding job
responsibilities.
12.Remains familiar with back-up procedures when system applications
and/or transmission problems arise.
13.Prepares and verifys information for various projects or special
requests that arise.
14.Researches and resolves exceptions and some complex issues. Elevates
un-resolved issues to Assistant Manager or Fund Services Manger,
as required.
15.Performs additional responsibilites such as projects assigned by
FSM when appropriate.

Minimum job specifications:-

* Equivalent to a Bachelor,s degree with business related coursework.
B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
* Minimum 1 year of related custody and/or fund accounting experience.
* Minimum 3-4 years of accounting experience
* Knowledge of securities language and legal requirements.
* Strong analystical, interpersonal, organizations and attention to
details skills.
* Solid understanding of operational functions within both Custody
and/or fund accounting.
* Ability to meet deadlines while providing technical expertise to
resolve daily problems.
* Knowledge of MS Office applications, and spreadsheet proficiency.
