* Membina hubungan dengan divisi-divisi lain dibantu oleh koordinator untuk proses-proses internal yang terkait proses penjualan ke pelanggan.
* Secara terus-menerus menambah pengetahuan terhadap produk atau layanan yang akan dijual dan selalu berusaha meningkatkan kemampuan pembinaan hubungan dan penjualan ke pelanggan.

1. Sales Executive (SE-IT)

Grow sales of IT solutions in existing customers and develop new

3. Programmer (PROG)

2. Accounting Manager (ACCTM)

Administration Staff (ADM)

D. MANUFACTURE



1. Laboratory Supervisor-Textile (LS-TEX)

Plans, manages and supervises the activities of laboratory and performs
standard chemical tests in all areas of laboratory and does chemical
analyses to have the final result



Requirements:

* Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Chemical Analyst or Textile
Technology (Chemical)

* Having a minimum of 3 years experience in the same field

2. Project Manager (PM)

Responsible for pre, during and post of all project activities



Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably Food

Metoda Pelatihan

Pelatihan ini disusun menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran partisipatip, dimana peserta akan menggunakan perusahaannya masing-masing sebagai studi kasus. Sehingga di akhir pelatihan peserta akan akan menghasilkan Pedoman CSR (dalam bentuk draft awal) perusahaannya masing-masing.



Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan secara electronic, seluruh materi utama pelatihan , materi tambahan dan materi pelengkap termasuk template CSR akan diberikan dalam bentuk soft copy (CD), sehingga peserta diwajibkan membawa laptop masing-masing lengkap dengan disk drive, termasuk program Microsoft Office dan PDF Reader.



Pelatihan ini 25% berupa pemaparan, 25% berupa aktivitas individu dan tanya jawab, 50% aktivitas kelompok,.

Guna memberikan kesempatan pada peserta untuk melakukan konsultasi, peserta pelatihan dibatasi 25 peserta per batch. Disarankan setiap perusahaan dapat mengirimkan lebih dari satu peserta agar dapat mendiskusi kasus perusahaannya dengan lebih mendalam.



Pelatihan akan dilaksanakan selama dua hari (12 sesi @ 1.5 jam) dari pukul 08.30 - 22.00.

1. Oil & Energy Sales Representative (Based in Jakarta)


Responsibility
• Searching, securing and developing Oil & Energy opportunities from the own as well as the company s existing portfolio.
• Promoting the company s pallet of services related to Oil & Energy industry.
• Identifying specific requirements from the customers and ensuring its compliance.
• Analyzing and reporting market up dates to the management.
• Close corporation with other in-house departments.

Qualification
• Bachelor Degree, any major.
• Experience in Sales / Marketing at Freight Forwarding industry for minimum 2 years and minimum 1 year in Oil & Energy industry.
• Good English communication skill and computer literate.
• Mature, Hard worker, independent, and able to work under pressure.

2. Oil & Energy Operation Executive (Based in Jakarta)

Responsibility
• Responding to any enquiries from the customers such as providing rate quotations and shipment plan.
• Sourcing / Liaise with any airlines / shipping lines / vendors to obtain competitive buying rates and maintain relationship with them.
• Monitoring flow of cargo and documents to ensure that the service provided meet the customers requirements and in compliance with their QHSE policy.
• Coordinate with other related departments internally to ensure smooth operation flow

Qualification
• Bachelor Degree, any major.
• Experience in Operations at Freight Forwarding industry for minimum 2 years and / or minimum 1 year in Oil & Energy industry.
• Able to communicate in English and computer literate.
• Hard worker, independently, and able to work under pressure.
