d.. Assist in deployment of production applications,
e.. Assist in testing of production application.
2. PRE-SALES SUPPORT (Code: PSS) - 1 persons:
Requirements:
a.. Male/Female and below 27 years old,
b.. Min. S1 from any discipline,
c.. Good technical knowledge & skill in computer, especially: server, operating system, any business application solution and business process,
d.. Strong knowledge background in system analysis & technical design,
e.. Posses good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills,
f.. Ability to relate to a wide range of technical in customer environements,
g.. Extensive knowledge and literate in hardware and software in any IT platform
h.. Good presentation skill & good analysis in problem solving with extensive experience to develop proposal for IT products, services, solutions and system integration,
i.. Technology enthusiast and fast learner,
j.. Self-driven and sociable,
k.. Dynamic, active and willing to work hard,
l.. Fresh graduates are welcome too.
Responsibilities:
a.. Support the sales team through the business winning process, also assist in the implementaion,
b.. The primary pre-sales technical interface with the customer, he/she will recognize the client's business needs, interpret them and produce the solution design proposals,
c.. As part of pre-sales engagement, he/she should have made technical proposals,
d.. Should have experience of pre-sales engagements,
e.. Should have been involved in projects.
