Scope of work :

Qualification :
- Hold minimum Bachelor degree from reputable University. Major in IS area
is preferred
- Having minimum 4 years of programming experiences in Java, SQL, Oracle

- Able to established a standard programming and the environment
- Understand and experience of using Oracle 8i and above
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
- Able to lead group of programmers
Application Support

Scope of work :
- Provide the first level support of existing IS-related application to
the user in collaboration with the IS Help-Desk and different IS resources

- To be able to provide fast and accurate solution, the documentation of
the issues and its solution become an important part of the Application
Support
activities
- Assist in the Requirement Definition and Analyze and Design phases and
is also responsible for the making of User Manual Documentation
- In collaboration with the Business Owner, Training Center and other IS
resources, assists and eventually conducts the User Training if needed.

Qualification :
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable University. Major in computer
science, information science, or management information systems are
preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experiences as Application Support
- Broad knowledge and experience related to computer systems and
application software including knowledge of emerging technologies
