Our Client, multinational company seeking professional candidate for position :

SERVICE CENTRE SUPERVISOR (SCS - Jakarta or Makassar)
Job Description:
· In charge of overall branch operations
· In charge of the branch service level
· Handle petty cash and branch finance
· Control daily cash reconciliation
· Control branch warehousing: daily and monthly stock count, stock movements etc
· Office maintenance (outlook, electricity, inventories etc)
· In charge of purchase requests and negotiations with suppliers
· Control operational cost of the branch (overtime, communication cost and other)
· Personnel: recruitment, shifts arrangements, info on medical, leave etc
· Handle complaints and inquiries from the Consultants

Requirements to a suitable candidate:

1. Excellent leadership skills
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Proactive and initiative
4. Service-oriented
5. Flexibility and “out of box” thinking
6. Able to handle problems and find fast solutions
7. Hardworking and willing to work long hours (Saturday is a working day)
8. Basic knowledge of finance and administration as well as HR

10. An ideal candidate will be coming from MLM, retail or hospitality industry.

C. Leasing Officer (LO), Kualifikasi :
• Pendidikan S1 Marketing, Business Administration;
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 thn di bidangnya;
• Menguasai Bahasa Inggris secara baik (lisan & tulisan);
• Bertanggung jawab kepada Leasing Manager;
• Dapat mengoperasikan Microsoft Office;

PROCESS ENGINEER

This position will report to Production & Engineering Manager. The incumbent will be responsible to lead production team ( amination / amoniation, formulation and packaging ) to achieve the output of product required to service our customers needs and to do so in a safe and efficient manner whilst meeting required QESH standards.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
β€’ Monitor and manage day to day amination / amoniation and formulation operations to ensure compliance with all statutory and government standards, utilizing ES&H resources.
β€’ Maintain and monitor process safety implementation, do analysis on process safety incident and develop proper action plan of process safety incident in proper manner.
β€’ Provide leadership and support to the production and engineering team and actively participate as required in plant wide teams.
β€’ Work together with technicians / engineers to carry out plant shut down / start up maintenance, equipment setting and operations troubleshoot in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
β€’ Provide input to the development and maintenance of operation, safety and environment procedures and systems.
β€’ Perform analysis and monitor for overall plant performance including:
- Product yields
- Process safety KPI
- Material balance / material usage calculation
- Production costs
- On stream time / Cycle time
- Amount of product packaged
- Quality of product packaged
- Maintenance of process management file
- ES&H compliance
β€’ Schedule and organize production requirements including casual labour and other production needs.
β€’ Communicate effectively with workers, health and safety representatives, and managers.
β€’ Ensure job related skills training for shop floor foreman and shop floor people, provide coaching and resolution of disciplinary situations.
β€’ Provide a technical / engineering support in conjunction with the process operation performance, continuous improvements, trouble shooting and maintenance planning and scheduling.

The Requirements of this position are shown below:
β€’ Both male / female
β€’ Chemical engineering degree with 2 years experiences or diploma 3 majoring in chemical engineering
β€’ Min 2 years experience in a chemical processing plant as process engineer
β€’ Having experience in managing process safety management program
β€’ Proficiency in English communication
β€’ Having knowledge of distribution control system, able to read P&ID diagram and SPC implementation and six sigma
β€’ Understanding of basic cost management
β€’ Having a strong leadership skill
β€’ Computer skill especially MS office application
β€’ Have training certifications, min 3 or more from the list below;
o Emergency Response,
o Fire fighting,
o Personnel Protective Equipment,
o Level 1 First Aid,
o General Safety Policies Review,
