Responsibilities:• 

* Plan, control and manage stock Inventory (raw materials, finished goods, parts, etc.) level in Main Warehouse.
* Ensure in house production is running well and in efficient manner; set up standard process time for In house production activity and monitor the performance / result
* Prepare monthly logistic report and the analysis to anticipate recurring problem and plan the corrective action.
* Ensure the Warehouse operation (Incoming, Loading, Picking and Trucking/Despacth) follow Standard Operation Procedures, including compliance with KPIs.
* Prepare annual budgets for warehousing activities and operate within approved guidelines.
* Control the flow of incoming and outgoing Goods to ensure the achievement of Service Level Agreement, such as timeliness and accuracy of product delivery in coordination with sales and other related functions.
* Esure that safety regulations are followed by All Staff doing the operation job.
* Continuously reviews performance of third party logistic providers, distributors and other key business partners; develops and implements continual improvement programs and monitor the effectiveness.
* Develop and monitor incentives program for the Warehouse’ staff.
* Develops/identifies/utilizes training, leadership development program and job assignments to enhance technical and managerial skills of employees and for them to eventually assume new or increased responsibilities in the future.
Requirements:

* Male; aged 35-45; Bachelor’s graduate from a leading university; high English fluency; with at least 5 years experience in a logistics environment of FMCG companies
* Experience in handling warehousing staff and enforcing high discipline and commitment among them.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with peers and senior management.
* Some understanding of Supply Chain Management Practices, including technical aspects of manufacturing quality processes, customer requirements and the desired outcomes to provide high quality customer service to internal and external customers.
Preference will be given to applicants with working experiences in the same industry sector opposite the requirement.
