Saya mau minta bantuan saran dari rekan2 milis, sehubungan dengan masalah nego gaji.

Begini ceritanya:
Karena rasa tidak percaya diri akibat selama ini selalu gagal saat nego gaji (ekspektasi terlalu tinggi) akhirnya saya sempat nego gaji yang jauh lebih rendah drpd harapan saya (by lisan, belum signed any docs).
Saya mendapat info dari teman yg memberitahu vacancy tersebut, ternyata saya diterima bekerja di perusahaannya.
Hingga saat ini saya belum reconfirmed dengan mereka, sebab saya merasa kurang puas dengan hasil nego gaji tersebut, meski itu juga kesalahan saya sendiri saat menjawab.
Etiskah bila sekarang saya request gaji lebih tinggi dr nego yl? mengingat saat ini saya masih menunggu beberapa keputusan dari perusahaan2 lain (offering mrk lebih tinggi)
