Human Resources Manager. The suitable candidate will have:
HR Manager

Main Responsibilities:
1. The head of HR Department for New Branch in Jakarta
2. Managing the HR department to empower the employees' performance
by designing and implementing HR processes in line with our
strategic plan
3. Supervising General Affairs administration
Qualifications:
1. Male/ Female, age 30-35 years old
2. At least a university graduated (S1), preferably from Psychology
or Law
3. Minimum of 4 years experience in HR which at least 2 years as an
HR Assistant Manager or Manager
4. Thorough knowledge of HR aspects, e.g. Performance Management,
Compensation and Benefit, Recruitment, HR Policy & Procedure, Labor
Law & Employee Relationship, Training and Development, Counseling,
various employee-related data reporting, etc.
5. Possess leadership, interpersonal and communication skill,
integrity, pro-active and analytical attitude, high energy, and
strong commitment to get things done
6. Should be fluent in English and computer literate (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)
