Kualifikasi:

. Umur maksimum 45 tahun

. Pendidikan minimal S1, lebih disukai S2 di bidang SDM

. Berpengalaman di bidang HR Operations minimal 12 tahun dengan
pengalaman di posisi managerial minimal 8 tahun

. Menguasai secara keseluruhan alur operasional di HR

. Diutamakan yang menguasai konsep Compensation & Benefit dan juga
