IT Help Desk will serve other employees to solve any problems on their

· Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.

· Clean up computers.

Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
· Install computer peripherals for users.
· Follow up with other employees to ensure issue has been
resolved.
· Gain feedback from other employees about computer usage.
· Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to
occur.

· Have educational background minimum Diploma 3 in
Information Technology or other majors with good experience in IT area.
· Willing to learn new technology in IT area.
· Willing to do business travel to other sites if needed.
· Willing to work overtime if needed.
