Retail Sales and Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct orientation, train, coach, develop, and manage sales associates in execution of daily tasks.
2. Assist in staffing and scheduling of associates, and ensure compliance with payroll budgets.
3. Maximize Retail sales and measure sales performance on a daily basis by reference to class sales reports from year prior on same day.

Requirements:

The candidate will workwithin a designated territory to prospect and qualify new and existing accountsfor Commercial Sales.
