Tanggung Jawab :

* Melakukan pengendalian proses produksi untuk meminimalkan afkir,

* Menangani penyimpangan planning produksi yang terjadi dan
menyelesaikannya.
* Melakukan pengendalian atas pemakaian material sesuai dengan spesifikasi
yang sudah ditetapkan.
* Melakukan pengawasan dan pengendalian atas pelaksanaan program
pemeliharaan mesin/peralatan.
* Karyawan dibawah jajarannya menerima pelatihan yang memadai agar dapat
melaksanakan pekerjaan dengan baik.
* Menyiapkan dan menyerahkan laporan yang sudah ditentukan sesuai jadwal
pada atasannya.
* Menjamin semua catatan produksi lengkap dan mudah ditemukan.
* Menjamin pelaksanaan pemeliharaan mesin / peralatan dilaksanakan sesuai

Job description

Works directly for and closely with the expatriate Director of an Indonesian
private PMA company with international interests, to provide administrative
support on a one-to-one basis. The focus will be on investment, banking,
property, personal and business travel and personal and international
business affairs, including taxation. She will not be required to handle
Indonesian company business, although liaison with company staff (especially
finance) will be necessary on a regular basis.

The Director travels fairly regularly in the region and she will be expected
