SUPPLY CHAIN CONTROLLING MANAGER (Malang based)

The responsibilities are:
-
1.. Analyzing
Support management level by providing details business model and analytical support such as: analysis of various management operation and suggest improvement by identifying cost reduction areas, explaining cost variance: actual vs budget, purchase plan variance: actual purchase vs standard cost, delivery cost, time delivery, and production cost. Reviewing and analyzing operating facility performance each period.



2.. Controlling
Responsible for budgeting control and business planning process such as: prepare yearly budget, control the budget performance against the actual. Coordinate productions activities, purchasing and finance divisions in achieving its goals, such as: conduct physical inventory and counting fixed asset and price determination.



3.. Cost Calculation
Responsible for calculating all costs related with supply chain which are raw material purchase, material transfer cost, warehousing cost, production cost, packaging cost, and distribution cost. Also responsible to compare the above costs with the budget.



4.. Management reporting
Prepare a timely and accurate report (monthly and quarterly) and statistics concerning the cost center deviation plan vs actual cost and others classifications required by the management. Make and suggest recommendations for efficiency improvements.



5.. Information System
Create and improve adequate system to support the function. Evaluate current system and initiate improvement procedure if necessary.



The qualifications are as follows:



1. Male/Female, Max 40 years old

2. A holder of a Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance from a reputable university

3. Have at least 5-7 years of working in Accounting/Finance area with 3 years experience as Plant/ Factory Controller, preferably from Consumer Goods industry

4. Experience working in a big 4 Public Accountant would be a plus

5. Possesses a very strong analytical thinking

6. A good command in English is a MUST

7. Experience in using SAP will be a preference

8. A hands on person, who can work under a minimum supervision

9. Experience in setting up system would be a plus

10. Willing to be located at Malang area

Key Duties:
Reporting to Finance Director, this position is part of the factory management team, which provides key sources of financial expertise to the factory operations. The position interfaces with operations team, including manufacturing, engineering, quality and development, logistics, purchasing, planning, etc and acts as a financial expert as well as an active driver to the team. The position performs factory operational analysis, which includes cost of good sold (COGS) analysis, cost saving initiatives, productivity analysis, variance analysis, investment feasibility study, etc and recommends courses of action, which would enable the operations to meet its objectives. The position contributes to the budgeting and financial forecasting process and/or is the primary coordinator of the budget and forecasting process. The position assists factory management in controlling capital and operating expenditures in line with Corporate Financial Instructions.
 
Requirements:

Bachelor degree from recognized university, major in Accounting. Master degree in Finance & Accounting is preferred.
Minimum 4 years experience in cost accounting in MNC FMCG and have minimum 2 years experience in similar position as Business Analyst or Factory Analyst;
Exposure to Corporate financial consolidation practices.
Computer literate, particularly MS Office; familiarity with ERP modules preferably SAP is a plus.
Strong analytical & presentation skills and high impact leadership & communication skills;
Proficient in English both written and verbal;
Willing to be relocated to Cikarang Jababeka Industrial Park.

Reports to Finance Controller;  The role is responsible for the full-cycle of Credit including review of credit applications, customer credit limits and customer payment terms;  Actively manages the debtors and sales ledger function and driving ledger collectability upwards;  Ensures appropriate controls are in place to meet all debt policies;  Full ownership of cash received ensuring correct allocations and review;  Owns month end processes including all accounting adjustments as required;  Ensures credit levels are enforced, escalating where necessary;  Minimises risk by ensuring credit insured levels provide sufficient coverage for customer arrears;  To own business operations debtor review meetings, ensuring actions are taken and followed up;  Meets all local and regional reporting requirements in an accurate and timely manner; 
 
Requirements:

Bachelor degree from recognized university major in Accounting. Master degree in Finance & Accounting is preferred.
3 - 5 years of extensive experience in Credit Management Managerial Level in a large Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) multinational company.
Extensive knowledge and experience of credit management.
Familiarity with ERP modules preferably SAP is a plus.
Proficient in English both written and verbal
Strong analytical skill, excellent interpersonal, firm communication and negotiation skill.
