Good Presentation skills

Project Manager (PM)

Responsibilities:
Control the completion Schedule as a target with good Quality and efficient Cost (manpower, material & equipments)
Control for execution at Site and managing coordination of M&E, Architectural & Civil Works.
Preparing periodical report

Experience:
University degree in Engineering preferably Civil Engineering
Minimum of 5 years experience on high-rise projects, this in the function of; site manager, engineering manager, construction manager or project manager from consultant of construction management
Fluent in oral & accurate in written English (Min. Passive)
Min. 35 years old
Good understanding have; cost control, quality systems, contract administration and safety
IT knowledge of; MS Office, Power Point, AutoCAD, MS Project and Primavera as a minimum
Have a PMP (Professional Project Management) certificate would be an advantage

Competencies:
Dynamic person with high level of self-motivation and self-confidence
Leadership/Management competencies to manage and lead a team
Good level of judgment and problem analysis skills for technical as well interpersonal matters (soft skills)
Pro-active person and having technical as well managerial and commercial capability

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting Exploration and
Exploitation Group in Petrophysics Analysis, Reservoir Management and
Development Geology work.

*General Requirement*

· S-1 in Geology from a reputable University

· Minimum 2-3 years experience in Petroleum Geology

· Experience in integrated prospect evaluation and resource
assessment with modern technology, maturing prospects for optimal drilling

· Good knowledge in petrophysics analysis, correlation and reservoir
modeling.

· Good knowledge in latest logging technique and log interpretation
software

· Fluent in written & spoken English
*GEOPHYSICIST*

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting day to day activities in
Exploration Division including data loading, keeping the database
up-to-date, administering processing projects and basic interpretation work.

*General Requirement:*

· S-1 degree in geology or geophysics from reputable
university, with thesis on petroleum related subjects.

· Minimum 2 years exposure in petroleum
exploration/development related works.

· Fluent in English, spoken and written.

· Good in PC software application: text editing, spreadsheet,
word processing, slide presentations, and preferably good in database
software application.

· Strong in basic oil and gas exploration concepts: especially
the geophysics, such as seismic, gravity, magnetic, etc.
