Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible for providing and effective HR Service to the location
through the co ordination and administration of approved Human
Resource policies from a Location level and HR Corporate level to
ensure that HR effectively partners with, and contributes to
profitability, and business objectives. With below specific
accountabilities:
•Oversight of all HR administration
•Implementation of HR policies, and training
•Supervision of HR staff (The role has two 1 HR Officer and 1 HR
Admin assistant reporting to it.)
•Ensure that location complies with HR Corporate policy and
procedures giving consideration to specific location employment law
