Requirements/Qualifications:
a. Degree, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering is advantage.
b. Minimum 5 years experience as QA/QC Management level in Manufacturing.

c. Minimum 3 years experience as QA/QC Management level in Injection Molding Plastic Manufacturing.
d. Proficient in English.

2. Injection Molding Plastic Machine Technician & Leader (Tech / Leader)
Requirements/Qualifications:
a. Minimum SMU/SMA.
b. Minimum of 2 years in Injection Molding Plastic Manufacturing.

c. Able to adjust Injection Molding Machine setting (Technician).

d. Able to handle Technical Matter (Technician).

e. Able to manage operators (Leader)

3. Tampo & Spray Technician/Supervisor/Engineer (Tampo / Spray)
Requirements/Qualifications:
a. Minimum SMU/SMA.
b. Minimum of 3 years as Tampo/Spray man in Injection Molding Plastic Manufacturing.

Must be specialist in Kayu Alam (Mixed Hard Wood) harvesting; 15

machinery as well; strong leadership and determination; strong
network to local's stake holders; good player among company target
and local interest; come from North Kalimantan will become ideal for
this position; SLTA or Diploma graduated.

MHW HAULING TRANSPORT SUPERINTENDENT (MHW-SI)
Must have extensive experience in Log/MHW or acacia hauling; 10 years
experience in similar activities with minimum 3 years at the same
level; familiar with operations of fleet i.e. Logging Truck from
different brand name machinery; knowledgeable in fleet utilization to
reach high production and managing strictly fuel consumption and time
effective focus; strong leadership, especially in dealing with
drivers and transport crews; SLTA or Diploma graduated.

HARVESTING SUPERINTENDENT & HARVESTING SUPERVISOR (HV-SI & HV-SV)
Must be able to plan, organize, and control harvesting activities of
acacia and or MHW which consist of compartment alignment,
predebarking, debarking, felling, and stacking; review and develop
performance of harvesting contractors and supporting units; manage
large numbers of harvesting manual crews and HE in remote area; 10
years (for HV-SI) and 7 years (for HV-SV) experience in similar
activities with minimum 2 years at the same level; strong leadership;
SLTA or Diploma graduated.

PLANTATION SUPERINTENDENT & PLANTATION SUPERVISOR (PL-SI & PL-SV)
Must be able to plan, organize, and control plantation activities,
include estimating the quantity of acacia seed based on scale of the
ready planted land; supervise plantation crews; and manage plantation
contractors; 10 years (for PL-SI) and 7 years (for PL-SV) experience
in similar activities with minimum 2 years at the same level; strong
leadership; SLTA or Diploma graduated.

ROAD SUPERVISOR (RD-SV)
Must be able to organize and control all of manpower (foremen, heavy
equipment operators, etc.) and work-equipment under his/her team on
road (as well as culvert, bridge, jetty, etc.) construction /
maintenance activities so can in line with the established schedule,
quality, and budget and achieve the optimum productivity. Senior High
School or Diploma graduated in Civil Engineering with minimum 7 years
experience in similar activities and 1 year at the same level;
skilled on AutoCAD; strong leadership skill.

LOGISTIC SUPERVISOR (LG-SV)
Must be able to review logistics-related processes, systems, and
costing and initiate corrective and preventive measures; manage and
supply logistics material request to be delivery as per schedule;
monitore incoming and outgoing materials / equipment / inventory;
Bachelor graduated with 7 years experience in the similar activities
and minimum 2 years at the same level; knowledgeable in material flow
(receiving, stocking, and issuing) and export-import procedure;
skilled on controlling material inventory.

ENGLISH / BAHASA FOR SECOND LANGUAGE TRAINER (ESL/BSL-TR)
Must be able to provide English and Bahasa training in order to
enhance the level of communication within workplace, include define
the level of course needed by operational department, prepare
training materials, conduct training, evaluate and report training;
Bachelor in English Literature with minimum 2 years experience as
English lecturer/instructure; knowledgeable in training principles
and concepts.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATION TRAINER (HE-TR)
Must be able to develop material of HE (excavator, bulldozer, motor
grader, skidder, backhoe loader, compactor, etc.) operation training;
identify training need of existing HE operators; contribute in
reducing number of HE accident; involve in recruitment process of HE
operators; responsible in SIMPERing (Surat Izin Mengemudi Perusahaan)
for HE operators; SLTA graduated with minimum 5 years experience in
similar post; skilled in operating various HE; knowledgeable in
training principles and concepts.

PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (PA-OF)
Must be able to perform various human resources-related tasks within
site operation such as but not limited to handle daily attendance,
recruitment, transfer, promotion, termination, employees' leave/day
off, and general affair; minimum Diploma graduated with minimum 2
years experience in similar post; knowledgeable in labor-related
regulation.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ASSISTANT (CI-AS)
Must be able to set and develop tools/materials of continuous
improvement to support Learning & Development Department; prepare for
ISO certification; survey for problems and provide creative ideas for
improvement; making evaluation & continuous improvement progression
report; minimum Diploma in Engineering with minimum 3 years
experience in similar post in company that certified with ISO 14001 &

CENTRAL STORE ASKEP (CS-AK)
Must be able to control the central store operation to support the
sector store operation; establish the acceptable min/max level and
ensure that the correct level are maintained at all sectors; minimum
Diploma in any major with 5 years experience in similar post;
knowledgeable in forestry operation.

SHIP LOADER OPERATOR (SL-OP)
Must be able to operate ship loading facility and coordinate the
positioning of ship to be loaded; assist DCS operator in chipping and
screening operation when no ship loading; SLTA graduated with minimum
1 year experince in ship loading operation and DCS/PLC operation;
able to work long hours and under pressure; knowledgeable in chip
loading equipment.

EXCAVATOR ROTATING GRAPPLER OPERATOR (EX-OP)
Must be able to operate Excavator Rotating Grappler safely and
productively to support harvesting activities in remote area; SLTA
graduated with minimum 2 years experience in similar activities;
heavy equipment licensed.

(A) JOB PURPOSE
Assisting on Sales and Account Management Activities such as preparing the

monthly sales reporting etc. Need also to create sales brochure and
collateral. And possibly managing small sales account.
(B) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To perform good and accurate administration works such as,
correspondence, filing, etc.
2. Assisting on Sales and Account Management Activities such as
preparing the tender, consolidating and manage the Sales and Account
document such as communication doc. to or from potential customer, weekly
sales funnel, monthly sales reporting etc.
3. Need also to create sales brochure and collateral.

5. To liaise with customer.
6. To liaise with HR Executive to ensure that all HR related matters,
