As an Accounting and Finance Manager, and as one of the senior
management team, you are expected to carry out the following
responsibilities?
* Overall responsible for the financial accounting, analysis,
reporting, internal control, budgeting and forecasting.
* Manage the day to day financial operation to ensure compliance with
group policies and local accounting standards.
* Working with the regional/head office financial team for submission
of timely financial accounts for group consolidation.
* Implementation of group internal control policies and ensure
effective business and financial control.
* Responsible for implementation of job book and finance system.
* Liaise with the bankers, auditors, lawyers and tax authorities.
