An electronic manufacturing services (EMS) type of MNC seeks to fill
an Account/Program Manager & Business Unit Interface position with a
Mandarin Chinese speaker who will be based in the Philippines (with
extensive travel to China etc.).

Basic Job Description:

Direct the internal execution of individual customer accounts &
programs (within the Manufacturing Organization) for the proposal
effort through completion of hardware delivery. This includes
Product transition from Development engineering through pre-
production (NPI), and full-scale production phases.

Provides single point of contact to assigned customers for program
activities in the manufacturing group and liaison to appropriate
Business Unit Program Managers and:
- Coordinates program planning internally and with the company's
Business Group Program Management.
- Acts as direct customer interface for factory related issues
(scheduling commitments, priority changes. A/R issues, logistic
issues, Sales Order issues etc) & identification and maintenance of

Requirements:

- Must speak Mandarin Chinese.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other technical field (or at
least eight years related technical experience), plus preferably 6-8
years of related program management/Account Management experience in
positions increasing responsibility;
- Advanced knowledge of products in the organization and their
potential application;
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering;
- Understanding of customer requirements including environmental
specifications;
- Knowledge of contract terms & conditions

Reporting to the Senior Manager of QA, the successful candidate will be expected to perform testing of database migration for application upgrades.

The candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Develop test cases to verify schema upgrades resulting from an application upgrade
• Perform tests and verifications that upgrade is successful and correct
