SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Qualifications:
• Min. Bachelor (S1) of engineering or equivalent.
• Min 3 years experience as Surveyor for coal mining projects.
• Has an experience in working for developers or contractors are a
good advantage.
• Good communication in English (both writing and verbal).
• Hard working, loyal, and good team work.
• Will be assign at project Site.
Job Descriptions:
o Quantity surveyor in essence work with the cost analysis of
building or development projects.
o Quantity surveyors workload includes new buildings, refurbishment
projects, house extensions, and environmental projects.
o Quantity surveyors do cost analysis based on the architectural
drawings, engineering estimates and materials required as well as the
labor involved.
o Quantity surveyor concludes their findings in a quantity report or
bill, which is then used by the project manager or builder to
estimate their final expenditures.
QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER
Qualifications:
o Min. Bachelor (S1) of engineering or equivalent.
o Min 3 years experience as Quality Control of Construction projects.
o Have the experiences in working of developers or contractors are a
good advantage.
o Good communication in English (both writing and verbal).
o Hard working, loyal, and good team work.
o Will be assign at project Site.
Job Descriptions:
• Plans and directs activities concerned with development,
application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial
processes, materials, and products.
• Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection,
testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering fields
such as chemical, electrical, or
mechanical.
• Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and
instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and
reliability data.
• Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of
production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical
equipment and facilities.
• Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of
discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and
responsibility.
• Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and
tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and
reliability.
• Compiles and writes training material and conducts training
sessions on quality control activities.
• May specialize in areas of quality control engineering, such as
design, incoming material, process control, product evaluation,
product reliability, automated testing, research and development, and
administrative application.
MARKETING MANAGER - for Civil Construction
Qualifications:
o Min. Bachelor (S1) of Engineering / Economic / Law or equivalent.
o Min 5 years experience in Marketing of Construction projects.
o Have the experiences in working of developers or contractors are a
good advantage.
o Good communication in English (both writing and verbal).
o Hard working, loyal, and good team work.
