Description of Job:
•·• • • • • • • • Development, support, maintenance and control of QG Computerized
Maintenance Management System tooled by SAP PM and the related functions as
integrated with SAP MM and SAP PS.
•·• • • • • • • • Development, support, maintenance and control of QG Interfaced
Applications with SAP PM
Roles and Resopnsibilites:
•·• • • • • • • • Development and Maintenance of SAP PM application in within the
Operation Group to reflect the approved business process
•·• • • • • • • • Maintenane and monitoring of data integrity in the system and
address/report areas of concern.
•·• • • • • • • • Business Process Analysis and provision of solution proposals to
sustain efficient and relaible Management system.
•·• • • • • • • • Control of the business process implementation and provision of
compliance reports.
•·• • • • • • • • Provision of Technical support to all SAP PM users and help in
overcome all issues
•·• • • • • • • • Coordinattion with IT as business owner on all aspects of system
suport, enhancements and development. Focal point rerpresenting Operation Group
for all System upgrade and enhancement projects.
•·• • • • • • • • Provision of SAP PM training to all users.
•·• • • • • • • • Custodian of all SAP PM master data in terms of creation, update,
QA/QC and upload into SAP

coordination with IT.
•·• • • • • • • • Monitorization of SAP data Synchronisation with Meridium and taking
remedial measures
•·• • • • • • • • Recommends necessary improvements to documentation, work procedures,
and information.
•·• • • • • • • • Assists in the preparation of status reports, compliance reports,
monthly activities and technical reports.
•·• • • • • • • • Management and proces of all system requests workflows in Opertation
Group
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
•·• • • • • • • • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
•·• • • • • • • • Excellent Computing skills, especially in SAP, MS Excel, Access,
PowerPoint etc•
•·• • • • • • • • Expert level experience with SAP PM. (Certified SAP PM Consultant)
•·• • • • • • • • Adequate experience in SAP PM implenmentation Porject.
•·• • • • • • • • Good written and oral communication skills in English.
•·• • • • • • • • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as team member.
•·• • • • • • • • Good adaptability to work in multicultural environment.
•·• • • • • • • • Experience in the development and use of Computer Systems dedicated to
Assets and Facilities Management and Systems, in oil and gas industry.
•·• • • • • • • • Good experience in dealing with consultants, contractors, vendors, and
suppliers, particularly pertaining to Systems and Business Process management
issues.
