Responsibilities:

* Be in charge of public bidding project management
* Be responsible for negotiating contract terms and contract conclusion
* Arrange local procurement schedule of production materials based on sales
contract requirements; keep track of purchasing process, purchase contract

* Evaluate the standards of commercial contracts and bidding documents, and
ensure the accurate implementation of commercial solution plans, at the same
time maintain competitiveness of the bid.

Responsibilities:

* Support implementation of projects part
