·         Report directly to Production Manager (under Manufacturing Director), supervise 4 associates, with total labors approximately 300 peoples.
·         Responsible for plan, direct, and/or coordinate the production processes of several areas on manufacturing (planning of production, machinery, operators, materials, maintenance, etc.). Hence, proven leadership skill, field working experiences, and good interpersonal communication are very relevant in managing this task.
·         Adhere to all production processes and policies in accordance with cost, quality, quantity specifications, people management; as well as compliance to EHS (Environmental, Health, Safety).
·         Good in communication and interpersonal relationship.
·         Should have at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering with relevant Manufacturing working experiences.
