Scope of Work:
• Pre-Sales technical support to account manager throughout the sales cycle to achieve business objectives
• Generate detailed technical network/system proposals base on technology and our product offerings.
• Solution presentation, Proof of Concept (POC) and solution evaluation.
• Work with the Post-Sales team to ensure solution is delivered as proposed.
• Offer technical advice to customers and follow up with vendors/suppliers on unresolved problems till a satisfactory solution is concluded.
Pre-requisite
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience is required for the Pre-Sales position.
