Department : Quality Control
Position : QC Supervisor
Number : 1 person
Qualification : Diploma Degree, majoring in Chemical
or Geology Engineering
Experience : Min. 5 years
Field of Experience : Ceramic Industry
Duties & Responsibilities : Implementation of Quality plan
- Control incoming material
- Control whole process
- Control all output ( Finished goods)
- Follow-up customer complain and take corrective and
preventive action
- Organize the work of his subordinate staff in the best way to
ensure that the Process is running according to Quality Standards and
final product is conform to the norm
- Liaise with other departments and get timely feed back to
prevent any problems
- Prospecting for alternative materials to improve the quality
and enhance the Productivity and strive with his team to reach Quality
and Productivity Targets
- Work contentiously on reducing production cost while
improving the quality
- Timely analysis of all production data and give respective
feed back to all concerned sections in order to improve production
process.
- Up date and standardize all equipment and machinery that is
used at QC and production departments
- To ensure that strict control measures are taken within each
department
- Set up a standard fro all processes and for company
productions according to Production program.
- Follow up and control any incoming material from new
suppliers to make sure that it is conform to the required specifications
Issue daily department activity reports to Plant Manager.

Position : QC Shift Leader
Number : 3 people

Duties & Responsibilities : Follow up all instructions from direct
Supervisor
- Control all incoming materials
- Control complete production process and provide feed back to
Department Head
- Control all output (Finished goods) to ensure that Shade and
Caliber … are conforming to the norm.
- Follow up customer complain and take corrective and
preventive measures in close collaboration with Department Head
- Organize the work within his shift to ensure that complete
process is as per the company standards and final product is in
conformity with the norm
- To ensure that all materials used in the production are
conform to the norm and to the quality standards.

- Control all Body raw materials to ensure that they are

- Control all imported raw materials to ensure that they are

- Follow up the receiving of all raw materials shipments and

- Analyze market feed back and search for new marketing ideas
- Work closely with External Technicians to implement new ideas
in the factory and develop new marketing ideas using new materials.
- Provide all data and support to production line during change
models and shade confirmations
- Distribute and organize the work between the Lab technicians
according the products types and typologies ( Wall tiles, Floor tiles,
Porcelain )
- Focus on any market feed back directly from the clients or
through the marketing department
- Coordinate with the production to solve any production
problems relating to decoration and applications.

Position : Assistant Production Manager
Number : 3 People

Duties & Responsibilities : Follow Plant Manager

- Work on achieving factory targets both on the level of
productivity and quality
- Set up the best organization of the work among all Shift
Leaders to ensure that each department is performing according to the
Quality Standards and undertakes the necessary control measures as per
the policies and procedures.
- Organize the flow of work of the mechanical and
electrical maintenance teams to ensure that all machinery in the factory is
permanently working in good condition.
- Ensure that the production is running according to the
Production Program and ensure that models changes and shades
confirmations are conducted smoothly and according to the standards.
- Working to minimize the cost by reducing the percentage of
the rejected tiles and improve qulity and reduce the production
down-time.
- Follow up the complete production process and adopt the
necessary corrective and preventive action to solve any problems.

Position : Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

- Review all spare parts stocks
- Work closely with external technicians during installation of

- Working to improve the quality and the productivity and to
achieve the preset targets.
- Striving to minimize the cost by decreasing spare parts
consumption
- Good negotiation skills with new spare parts suppliers

Position : Technical Office Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities : Ensuring Collaboration with Production and
Sales Department for preparation of Production Schedule
- Follow up and monitor all production orders from raw material
stage till ethe receiving of the goods at the warehouse
- Analyze raw material requirements for production orders
- Organize sales forecast and adjust production schedule
accordingly
- Monitor Stock movements and report to Production and Sales
Departments
- Follow inventory aging and reporting to sales departments for
exclusive items
- Recommending changes and improvements in production
environment by proposing ideas
- Create production orders in the ERP system
- Confirming the proper consumption of Raw materials with the
concerned departments
- Closing Production orders in production floor and reporting
to cost accountant
- Control the wastage from production and report it in material
reconciliation
- Prepare monthly report on material reconciliation
- Monitor forecast/master plan and production schedule
- Assist in stock inventory and annual stock take
