1.• • • Senior Legal Specialist (Sr. Legal)
* Minimal S1 in Law Degree with major in economic / business law, private law
or international law.
* Minimum 3-4 years experiences in handle corporate law, business law, contract
law and/or any related law for the business main core
* Computer literate and English fluency
* Technical and practical knowledge in legal aspects and matters
* Conceptual and ability in developing legal letter as legal document
* Ability to deal with complexity while maintaining composure
* Good time management
* Service oriented and pro-active
* Good interpersonal and communications skills

2.• • • Internal Audit Specialist (IA)
•·• • • • • • • • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
•·• • • • • • • • Having 1-year experience as an accountant or Internal/external auditor
•·• • • • • • • • Preferred having 1 year experience gained from Public Accountant Firm
(KAP)

* Bachelor degree in Accounting or Taxation
* Having minimum 1 year experience in Accounting and/or Taxation
* Extensive knowledge and practical skills in Taxation Brevet A, B, & C
* Good command of English (both written and verbal)
* Computer literate on Microsoft office application (Word, Excel, and
Power-point)
* Numerical reasoning and analytical• thinking
* Strong ability to work individually and with team

4.• • • Health & Safety Engineer (HSE)
•·• • • • • • • • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related areas
•·• • • • • • • • OHSAS 18001 certification as Internal or External Auditor
•·• • • • • • • • Minimum 2 year professional experience in occupational health and
safety
•·• • • • • • • • Having K3 certification will be advantageous
•·• • • • • • • • Good command of English (both written and verbal

•·• • • • • • • • Technical and practical knowledge in emergency rescue procedure
•·• • • • • • • • Conceptual ability in developing/creating tailor-made safety procedure

5.• • • Customer Service Representative (CSR)
* Minimum
D3 certificate or equivalent
* 1 year experience in a customer service environment
* Above average general office skills, including typing and filing
* Strong written and oral (telephone) communication skills in both local and
English languages
* Fluentin English (written and spoken)
* Ability to work variable shifts based on business needs
* Computer literate
* Emotionally mature

6.• • • RepexCall CenterAgent (RCC)
* Minimum Diploma education or school certificate or equivalent.
* 1 year relevant experience in customer service environment.
* Computer literate on Microsoft office application
* Strong knowledge of RPX service features
* Excellent analytical and problem solving
* Strong written and oral communication in both local and English languages
* Ability to work in a team
* Ability to work under pressure
